For staffing and recruitment agencies with many orders at once
Staffing agencies in Denmark need no licence, so there are many small ones, and most run on email and spreadsheets. jah.dk has an agency mode built on the same inbox, AI reading and pipeline.
Agency mode
Prices don't count recruiters or users. Switch agency mode on in the company settings.
- Clients with CVR lookup
- Name, address and industry from the CVR number, up to ten contacts, your commission and guarantee terms per client.
- Jobs for a client, named or anonymous
- Publish 'We are hiring for Fjord Pharma A/S' or describe the client anonymously. An anonymous text that gives the name away is refused.
- One shared pool
- Every candidate once, with their applications across clients on one card.
- Consent before you share
- Per client: a link where the candidate ticks consent, or a recorded call or email. Withdrawn consent hides the candidate from shortlists already sent.
- Shortlist link for the client
- No login for the client. Expiry, revoke and reissue. The client answers yes, no or interview with a comment. The answer lands as a note and a task, and you move the stage.
- Anonymised CV in your brand
- HTML and PDF with your logo and colour. Name, contacts, address and links are removed, also from the free text. Never a photo.
- Placements and commission
- Start date, guarantee period, commission as a share of salary or a fixed amount, invoice status, report per client and CSV export.
- Temp assignments
- Who works where, hours per week, shifts, rate and pay. You get a reminder a week before an assignment ends.
