Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs 0 DKK with no time limit and no card, and includes a monthly AI budget. You pay only for more active jobs, a bigger AI budget or the jajob CV database.
What is the difference between jah.dk and jajob.dk?
jajob.dk is the job portal where candidates search. jah.dk is the tool your company uses to receive, read and answer applications. One account works on both.
Does the AI decide who gets the job?
No. The AI reads CVs, checks your requirements and, if you turn it on, scores candidates on your criteria, always with quotes from the CV. It never rejects anyone: people decide, and the system records that a person did.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Germany (EU). AI features use OpenAI's API under a data processing agreement; data sent through the API is not used to train models. See Security & GDPR.
Can we keep our own email address?
Yes. Forward applications to your jah.dk address, or connect your existing mailbox over IMAP.
Do candidates need an account?
No. They apply on your career page or widget with name, email and CV, or simply send an email.
