Questions about payment
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe. Danish VAT (25%) is added at checkout; enter your CVR number to get a B2B invoice.
Is there a contract or annual minimum?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time in the billing portal.
What is the AI budget?
Each plan includes a monthly amount for AI work: CV reading, scoring, analyses and writing help. One candidate evaluation costs about 2 øre, so even Free covers hundreds of candidates a month. Your company can set a lower limit.
What happens if we downgrade?
Jobs that are already active are never closed. You simply can't publish new ones until you are within the plan's limit.
What counts as an active job?
A job you published that is open for applications. Jobs collected from public feeds into the jajob catalogue don't count.
What does recruiting cost you today?
For reference: one Jobindex profile ad costs 3,085 DKK and Jobindex Candidate administration 10,300 DKK, excl. VAT (Jobindex price list, checked 2026-10-21). A year of Business on jah.dk is 23,940 DKK.
