Filters that matter: Project, stage, source, CV language, rating, AI score and when they applied.
Team rating and AI score, side by side: Your colleagues' 1–5 rating and, if you turned it on, the AI score with its reasons. You can sort or filter by either.
Requirements covered: '5 of 7 found' is a fact with quotes you can open and check.
Talent pool: Keep strong candidates for the next job. Retention rules still apply: beyond 6 months only with the candidate's consent.
The jajob CV database: On Business, search job seekers who have made their CV visible on jajob.dk and invite them to apply.

Are our candidates visible to other companies?

No. Candidates who applied to you, or whom you uploaded, are visible only to your company. They never enter the jajob CV database.

How long do we keep candidates?

Applications are deleted 6 months after the hiring ends, unless the candidate agrees to a longer period.
