Hiring projects with a deadline, a headcount and a clean finish
A project is what you are actually trying to do: hire three warehouse workers before 1 December. Set the headcount, the application deadline and the date you need people by. jah.dk keeps time and closes the project when you are done.

What you get
- Headcount and dates
- Number of hires, last day to apply and a 'hire by' date. The whole team sees the progress.
- Closes itself
- When the last position is filled, the job is taken down from jajob.dk and Google for Jobs and stops accepting applications.
- A reply for everyone else
- The remaining candidates go into a rejection queue with a template per stage. Messages go after your approval or after a delay you can cancel.
- Tasks with owners and dates
- Tasks per project or per candidate, such as checking references, booking the visit or preparing the contract.
- Several channels, one project
- jajob.dk, your career page, the widget, the project's email address and manual uploads all feed the same project.
How it works
Create a project: title, number of positions, deadline and 'hire by' date.
Publish. The job goes to jajob.dk, Google for Jobs, your career page and the widget.
Hire. The project closes and the rejection queue is ready for you to review.
Questions
Can we reopen a closed project?
Yes. Closing takes the job down and stops applications; reopening publishes it again. Candidates and history stay.
Is anyone rejected automatically?
Not by the AI. The queue prepares the messages; depending on your settings your team approves them, or they go after a delay you can cancel.
