Every candidate hears back, automatically and the way you decide

Set up rules once: confirm every application, invite to book an interview, ask for documents, remind your team, send rejections. Each goes out immediately, after a delay or through a queue you approve. Templates in Danish, English and Ukrainian, in your own words.

What you get

Rules you build yourself
Rules built from events (new application, stage change, deadline, no reaction), conditions and actions: send an email, create a task, move a stage, notify the team, call a webhook.
Three modes
Manual, confirm before sending, or automatic. A delay doubles as a cancel window, and quiet hours and Danish working days are respected.
Templates with variables
Ready templates in da/en/uk with the candidate's name, job and company. Edit them, preview them on a real candidate, return to the default.
Set up in minutes
A six-step wizard with ready scenarios: Minimum, Standard, Autopilot and Agency.
SLA for the team
Set how fast candidates should hear back in each stage; the team is reminded before the deadline passes.
Try before you switch on
A dry run shows what a rule would have done over the last 30 days, without sending anything.
Safe by design
The AI never rejects: rejections come from a person or from a knock-out rule you wrote, with at least 60 minutes to cancel. Candidates can unsubscribe, and joining a talent pool takes their own click.

How it works

Guide in the docs: Automation and candidate emails

  1. Run the wizard and pick a scenario.

  2. Adjust templates, timing and the sender name.

  3. Follow the log: what was sent, what is scheduled, what you cancelled.

Questions

Is anything switched on by default?

No. Nothing is sent to candidates until your company switches it on.

Where do candidates' replies go?

Back into jah.dk, into the candidate's history, so the whole team sees the conversation.
