Pipeline: stages, flags and bulk actions
Every project has a pipeline with all its candidates. Open it as a board for the overview or as a list for sorting and bulk actions.
Stages
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Received | New application, nobody has looked yet |
| Viewed | Someone on the team has opened it |
| Shortlist | Worth a closer look or a call |
| Interview | Interview booked or held |
| Offer | Offer sent |
| Hired | Accepted. Counts towards the project's headcount |
| Rejected / Withdrawn | Closed, by you or by the candidate |
The stages are the same for every job, so numbers, rules and messages stay consistent.
Who can change what
Owners and recruiters move candidates, also several at once. Viewers can read and comment but not change the process. Every change is recorded in the company's audit log.
Flags: nobody waits in silence
A candidate who has waited too long in a stage is flagged on the board, and jah.dk reminds you about applications that have waited a week without a reaction. Candidates who applied through jajob.dk see their status in their own account.
Stage rules
Rules can act when a candidate enters a stage: send an email from a template, create a task, notify the team or send a booking link for the interview. You write the rules and the texts; nothing is sent without a rule your company switched on. See Automation.
Interviews and offers
From the candidate card you can propose interview times (the candidate picks one and gets a calendar invitation), fill in a scorecard after the interview and send an offer the candidate can accept or decline.
Bulk actions
Select several candidates in the list to move or reject them in one step. You see what will happen before you confirm.
The funnel
The project page shows how many candidates reached each stage. Use it to see where you lose people and which source brings the right ones.
